Warehouse Associate II – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' West Memphis distribution hub as a Warehouse Associate II on the 1st shift. You will support inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations while ensuring safe and efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment—including turret, man‑up, center‑rider, and stand‑up forklifts—to pick, verify, and move parts and materials.
• Prepare and transport materials to designated processing areas, maintaining workflow continuity.
• Pack customer orders using various packaging materials in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Run hand‑powered material handling tools, semi‑automated packaging machines, scales, and postage meters.
• Maintain accurate records for receiving, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Follow all site safety policies and corporate directives.

Required profile

• Ability to adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse tasks across inbound, pick/pack, and outbound functions.

Required skills
