About the role
Join Bosch Power Tools' fast‑paced warehouse in West Memphis, AR as a Warehouse Associate I on the 1st shift. You will support inbound, internal processing, and outbound activities, ensuring parts and products move smoothly through the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify materials, moving them to the correct locations for processing.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders according to standard work instructions.
- Operate hand‑powered, semi‑automated and automated packaging equipment, scales, and postage meters.
- Maintain accurate records for receiving, inventory, and shipping.
- Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Safety‑conscious with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanning devices.
- Experience operating hand‑powered material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with semi‑automated and automated packaging equipment.
- Basic proficiency with scales and postage meters.
