Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated, full‑time Warehouse Associates to handle the collection and removal of corrugated cardboard gondolas across multiple facilities. The role is essential to keeping our customers' spaces clean, efficient, and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and load full cardboard gondolas onto compactors or balers; training is provided.
• Maintain clean, debris‑free aisles and work zones by sweeping, dusting, and removing trash.
• Keep the baler/compactor area organized and follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed to support overall facility hygiene.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 75 lb with a pallet jack and up to 50 lb manually.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift, including night shifts (6 pm‑4:30 am) and weekends.
• Capability to bend, stretch, and reach frequently above and below waist level.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
