Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join its permanent, full‑time team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and efficient operations across all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to collect full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport filled gondolas to designated packers or compactors (training provided).
• Maintain clear, debris‑free aisles and work areas, sweeping and trash‑removing as needed.
• Keep traffic pathways (“Green Mile” walkways) safe and unobstructed at all times.
• Organize and sort areas around the compactor/packer to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks when required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move loads up to 75 lb.
• Physical capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lb and to bend, stretch, and reach regularly.
• Willingness to stand and walk for 10‑12 hours per shift, including nights and weekends.
• Capability to read and follow safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
