Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join its full‑time, permanent team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes or trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into compactors or packers located in designated warehouse areas.
• Keep the areas around all gondolas free of debris, dust, and trash.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness around trash container zones to ensure clear traffic pathways.
• Maintain order in compactor/packer zones and perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move loads up to 75 lb.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and transporting items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching above head level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for long periods (10‑12 hours per shift).
