Warehouse Associate (Corrugated Cardboard Recycler)

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to work as Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers on permanent full‑time shifts. The role focuses on handling cardboard gondolas, keeping work areas clean, and supporting the facility’s recycling operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full cardboard gondolas (up to 75 lb) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and load full gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Maintain clear, debris‑free walkways and surrounding areas by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Keep traffic lanes (“Green Mile”) safe and unobstructed at all times.
• Organize and tidy drill/packer/compactor zones.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move loads up to 75 lb.
• Physical capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching above and below waist level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work documents.
