Warehouse Associate – Coppell, TX

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate you will lead all day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring that parts, tools and materials are organized, available and delivered to support field activities. This position is critical to maintaining an efficient, safe and compliant warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all warehouse operations.
• Order, receive, and organize parts and materials in a timely and efficient manner.
• Research and source parts, including obtaining quotes from vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow proper inventory control procedures.
• Monitor material tracking and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
• Occasionally deliver parts and tools to job sites based on operational needs.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean and fully compliant with EHS policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with inventory control and material handling.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
