Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift (AT1)

About the role

Join Bosch’s Atlanta warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate on the 2nd shift (AT1). You will support inbound, stock management and outbound operations, ensuring accurate handling, labeling, and storage of parts and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound, stock management and outbound tasks, including material handling, packaging, labeling, and part verification.
• Prepare shipments, verify quantities, maintain inventory records, and conduct stock counts.
• Operate hand‑powered and semi‑automated equipment such as scales, postage meters, conveyors, and packaging machines.
• Follow printed work orders and verbal instructions, using computer terminals and RF scanners.
• Maintain records related to receiving, inventory, and shipping, and assist in other warehouse areas as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–6 months of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work the 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm shift, including overtime, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
• Good interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (Office suite).
• Experience with WMS DLX and WMS BY systems.
• SAP software familiarity.
• Use of RF scanners and computer terminals.
