Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

About the role

Join lululemon’s Global Distribution team as a Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift. You will support the movement of inventory and order fulfillment across multiple departments in a fast‑paced distribution center.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, process and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trucks, sort and stock inventory, and perform transfers.
• Operate handheld scanners, inventory management systems and other automated warehouse equipment.
• Meet productivity targets such as units picked per hour.
• Follow safety guidelines, report hazards and equipment malfunctions.
• Assist and train peers when needed and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Required profile

• Ability to lift items up to 50 lb independently and occasionally heavier with assistance.
• Capable of standing and walking for the entire shift.
• Commitment to attendance, company policies and a safe work environment.

Required skills

• Handheld scanner operation.
• Inventory management system usage.
• Basic warehouse equipment handling.
