About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress/Hostess to join our restaurant team. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders
- Arrange table settings and keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Cooperate and communicate with serving and kitchen staff
- Assist in the kitchen when needed and occasionally wash dishes
- Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation
- Ability to maintain clean and tidy tables throughout service
- Willingness to work collaboratively with serving and kitchen teams
- Flexibility to help in the kitchen and perform dish‑washing duties when required
