VP/SVP Custodian & Wealth Platform Partnerships

About the role

This senior position leads the day‑to‑day management of relationships with custodial and wealth‑platform partners for a leading fintech and investment platform. The focus is on operational alignment, not sales or fundraising, ensuring seamless execution across technology, product, legal, compliance, and client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for custodial and wealth‑platform partners, handling issues, priorities, and ongoing coordination.
• Collaborate with internal operations, technology, product, legal, compliance, and client coverage teams to deliver partner commitments.
• Support partner planning, performance reviews, reporting, and regular business updates.
• Resolve operational challenges related to trade execution, account setup, reporting, data integrations, and service delivery.
• Track partner requests and align internal resources to meet deadlines.
• Identify and drive process improvements, strengthen partner connectivity, and promote broader platform adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, custodial platforms, clearing, advisor platforms, or investment operations.
• Direct exposure to custodians, clearing platforms, RIA platforms, or wealth‑management platform infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of how advisors and wealth‑management firms interact with custodians.
• Experience with alternative investments, private markets, or structured‑investment workflows is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage external relationships while driving internal coordination.

Required skills

• Knowledge of operational workflows such as trade execution, reporting, onboarding/account setup, integrations, reconciliations, data feeds, and service escalations.
