VP, Strategy & Business Development

About the role

Fulwell Entertainment is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Business Development to lead the next phase of growth. The role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, business development and partnership operations within a global entertainment company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage priority business development opportunities across film, television, digital, branded entertainment, live events, talent‑led ventures and new IP initiatives.
• Evaluate inbound and internally generated opportunities for strategic fit, commercial value and resource requirements.
• Organize internal stakeholders and drive high‑priority initiatives from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and develop new commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment with a deep understanding of the media and entertainment landscape.
• Financial fluency and ability to assess opportunities quickly in ambiguous environments.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership operations or corporate strategy at a senior level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.
