VP, Strategic Accounts – Health Plans

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company and lead executive relationships with the nation’s largest health plans. Reporting as SVP, Client Strategy – Health Plans, this remote position offers a flexible, outcome‑driven schedule and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive relationships across enterprise health‑plan accounts and translate client priorities into measurable program and business outcomes.
• Build and manage quarterly and annual business reviews, governance frameworks, and executive communication structures.
• Establish a consultative, enterprise‑level account management model and create case studies tied to outcomes, ROI, and client value.
• Coach the team toward strategic, proactive client engagement and develop scalable client playbooks, standards, and operating rhythms.

Required profile

• VP, SVP, EVP, or Head‑level experience in client strategy or account leadership within health‑plan or payer environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of value‑based care, Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality, and care‑gap closure programs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
