VP, Product Platform & Engineering

About the role

The Vice President of Product Platform & Engineering will define and execute the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the technology platforms that power the company’s product operating model. This hands‑on leader bridges product strategy with engineering execution, ensuring squads have the tooling, infrastructure, and autonomy to build, deploy, and scale solutions quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term platform engineering strategy aligned with product roadmap and growth.
• Own architecture and delivery of core platform capabilities, including cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and shared services.
• Establish scalable, resilient cloud foundations and promote internal developer platforms, platform‑as‑product, and self‑service infrastructure.
• Set enterprise‑level standards for microservices, APIs, data architecture, and system design.
• Enable product squad operating model by providing reusable components, APIs, and platform services.
• Lead DevOps strategy, improve developer experience, release velocity, and system reliability.
• Implement observability, monitoring, incident management, and SRE practices.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to embed secure‑by‑design practices.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with ability to lead long‑term platform and architecture initiatives.
• Executive‑level experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performance technology solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering leaders.
