VP of Sales – Consumer Brands & AI-Driven Growth

About the role

Reflex Sales Group is seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to lead its sales organization from our Calabasas headquarters. You will combine deep relationship building with major consumer brands and cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate revenue and scale the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with global consumer brands, turning them into long‑term inventory partners.
• Lead negotiations, close high‑value inventory deals, and expand existing brand accounts.
• Recruit, coach, and grow a high‑performing sales team, setting clear targets and accountability.
• Design and implement sales processes, performance metrics, and AI‑enhanced workflows.
• Identify new product categories, channels, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B consumer goods or closeout markets.
• Strong network with senior executives at major global brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building scalable sales organizations.
• Comfortable working directly with the CEO and influencing company strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for sales enablement.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecasts.
