VP of Implementation

About the role

The Vice President of Implementation leads the planning, execution, and delivery of client implementation projects across the organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this senior leader shapes strategy, builds scalable processes, and ensures successful go‑live and adoption for a portfolio of concurrent implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for all client implementation projects and oversee their end‑to‑end delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Forecast demand, balance workloads, and plan staffing to maintain capacity and cross‑training.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations, monitoring milestones, risks, scope changes, and readiness activities.
• Collaborate with CTO, product, engineering, data, sales, support, and client‑facing teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Partner with product and technical teams on new products, defining and piloting implementation approaches.
• Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation, templates, metrics, and escalation practices.
• Work directly with customers on planning, training, system configuration, and data mapping.
• Build strong relationships with client leaders, set expectations, resolve issues, and support long‑term adoption.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience leading large‑scale implementation programs.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
