VP of Finance

About the role

HavocAI is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key leader within the finance organization and a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands‑on execution, providing visibility, discipline, and robust processes to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own HavocAI’s financial planning processes, including annual and quarterly budgeting, long‑range planning, cash‑flow forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support company objectives, covering cash management, liquidity, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
• Drive financial discipline, visibility, and fact‑based decision‑making across the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, commercial opportunities, and other major business decisions.
• Build sophisticated financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and analyses to inform company strategy.
• Identify key financial and operational risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Establish clear reporting on financial performance, operating metrics, and organizational KPIs.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, translating results into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
