VP Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

The Vice President, Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation will design and execute a multi‑year agenda to modernise planning, inventory and service performance across a complex manufacturing and distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end transformation of supply‑chain planning capabilities across approximately a dozen manufacturing facilities and distribution centres.
• Develop and execute a roadmap that improves planning processes, tools, governance, analytics and organisational capability.
• Identify, prioritise and drive transformation opportunities in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP, constrained allocation, scenario planning and network synchronisation.
• Standardise planning processes while allowing practical flexibility for product categories such as wood, vinyl and porcelain.
• Push decision‑making to the local level where feasible, while maintaining a common global planning template for consistency and visibility.
• Partner with executive leadership to align transformation priorities with business strategy, growth objectives, service expectations and margin goals.
• Own the design, governance and performance of demand planning, supply planning and customer service processes, improving forecast accuracy and signal quality.

Required profile

• Strategic yet hands‑on leader with deep experience in data‑driven supply‑chain transformation within multi‑site manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of modernising planning capabilities across organisations with multiple plants, distribution centres and diverse product lines.
• Comfortable setting enterprise direction and diving into detailed problem‑solving.
• Ability to build followership across functions and drive change at scale.
