VP, Corporate Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to join a fast‑growing software company in the North Dallas area. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have high visibility and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy while working in a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the month‑end and year‑end close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support senior leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to protect assets and mitigate risk.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience building and scaling finance teams.
• Prior experience in SaaS or other “X‑as‑a‑Service” industries is highly preferred.
