VP, Corporate Controller

About the role

IPC, a global fintech leader, is seeking a senior finance executive to oversee the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of its worldwide financial results. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the VP, Corporate Controller will manage all core accounting operations in a complex, multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global month‑end close process (GL, consolidations, intercompany) and achieve a ≤5‑business‑day close.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity through reconciliations, journal reviews and flux analysis with executive commentary.
• Lead technical accounting matters, including ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations and foreign‑currency issues.
• Establish and update accounting policies and governance frameworks aligned to US GAAP and global regulations.
• Manage external and statutory audits, coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely, audit‑ready financials.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax & Treasury, Legal/Compliance, IT and Revenue Operations to support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with extensive experience in multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and complex accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842).
• Proven track record of driving efficient, disciplined close processes.
• Strong collaboration skills across finance, legal, tax, IT and operations.
