VP Controller – Financial Operations Consultant

About the role

Bridgepoint Consulting is looking for a VP Controller Consultant to strengthen its Financial Operations practice. In this senior position you will act as a strategic partner, delivering high‑level accounting and financial management services to fast‑growing companies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level financial management and accounting support to clients while maintaining the highest professionalism.
• Collaborate with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, investors, and other stakeholders to drive client success.
• Assist companies in executing growth strategies, launching new initiatives, and implementing process improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Controller.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to travel within the local market and occasionally support national engagements.
• Strong desire for consulting‑style work and a focus on excellent client service.
• Proven experience leading and managing an accounting department.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and scale accounting and finance functions.
• Effective interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling.
• Background in establishing and maintaining internal controls.
