Visual Merchandiser

About the role

Zara is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to execute commercial strategies and maintain an attractive store image that resonates with local customers. You will stay informed about fashion trends, competitors, and product performance to showcase the brand’s personality and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and implement all commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review market news, plan store/warehouse rotations, and align product placement with store space.
• Support product replenishment and manage stockroom capacity.
• Analyze product shortcomings, competition, and trends to inform merchandising actions.
• Conduct commercial analysis (sales reports, business maps, product reports) to improve performance.
• Maintain high‑level customer experience by upholding merchandising standards.
• Communicate continuously with the Section Manager and store teams.
• Train and develop the sales team on commercial best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and occupational risk regulations.
• Assist with returns approvals, transaction support, and other store tasks as needed.
• Act as a leader on the floor, supporting teammates and fostering a collaborative environment.
