Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Zara you will shape the store’s visual identity, translating commercial strategy into compelling displays that attract customers and reflect the brand’s personality. You will work closely with the Department Manager to adapt layouts, support product replenishment and ensure a high‑standard shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategies and adapt store layouts to match the brand image.
• Review market news, plan store/warehouse rotations and optimize space‑product fit.
• Support product replenishment, stockroom capacity and inventory flow.
• Analyse product performance, competition and trends to drive sales actions.
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Communicate continuously with the Section Manager and store teams.
• Train and develop the sales team on commercial and visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and occupational risk regulations.
• Provide support for returns, transactions and other store tasks as needed.
