About the role

The Visual Commercial at Zara is responsible for executing the commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive store image that aligns with the client profile. You will stay informed about product lines, fashion trends, and local market competition to showcase the brand’s personality and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and implement all commercial strategies set by the company.
• Analyze market news, identify optimal store/warehouse locations, and manage store rotations.
• Match store space with product assortment to maximize visual impact.
• Support product replenishment and stockroom capacity.
• Conduct product analysis (shortcomings, competition, trends) and execute actions to improve results.
• Perform commercial analysis (sales, business map, product reports) to drive sales improvements.
• Maintain high‑level customer experience by upholding merchandising standards.
• Communicate continuously with the Section Manager and store teams.
• Train and develop the store sales team on commercial best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and occupational risk regulations.
• Assist with store tasks, returns approval, and transaction support as needed.
