About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Physical Therapy (PT) visiting student to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT. This short‑term placement offers hands‑on clinical experience in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care activities as assigned.
Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings when required.

Required profile

Current enrollment in an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Affiliation agreement with the accredited DPT program.
Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of placement.

Required skills

Basic clinical assessment techniques.
Knowledge of PT treatment modalities.
