Visiting Physical Therapy Student – Campus Midtown

About the role

We are seeking a visiting Physical Therapy (PT) student to join the Campus Midtown location of the UAMS MUSL Rehab Services Spine Center. The student will work under the direct supervision of a licensed PT, gaining hands‑on clinical experience in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist licensed PTs in delivering patient care and rehabilitation services.
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Observe and practice therapeutic techniques under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.

Required profile

• Current enrollment in an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Full COVID‑19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Commitment to professional conduct and teamwork.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment modalities.
