Virtual Wellness & Hospitality Assistant

About the role

Health & Virtuals is seeking a Virtual Wellness & Hospitality Assistant to support its nationwide wellness programs. Working remotely, you will ensure participants are enrolled, engaged, and progress smoothly through digital health journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll participants into wellness, coaching, or lifestyle programs using CRM and scheduling tools.
• Schedule sessions, recurring check‑ins, and program milestones via shared calendars and send reminders and resources.
• Track attendance, engagement, and progress; upload surveys, worksheets, and feedback forms.
• Maintain accurate participant records in CRM or documentation systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for non‑clinical questions, provide follow‑ups, and escalate issues to program leads when needed.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Clear, supportive communication style.
• Proactive in identifying participation gaps.
• Comfortable handling confidential participant data.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in scheduling and shared calendar systems.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office competency.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
