Virtual Nurse Practitioner - CA License

About the role

One Medical is seeking a Virtual Nurse Practitioner licensed in California to provide tele‑health primary care to its members. The role involves delivering evidence‑based care remotely, collaborating with both virtual and in‑office teams, and supporting patients 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tele‑health visits, including phone triage, video appointments, and email follow‑ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate daily with virtual and on‑site teammates through huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver high‑quality virtual care.

Required profile

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.
• At least 2 years of advanced practitioner experience in outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care within the past 5 years.
• Current California license with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday (shifts 6 am‑12 am PST).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills and a passion for human‑centered primary care.
