Virtual Intake Nurse

About the role

Twin Health is seeking a Virtual Intake Nurse to lead the clinical enrollment process for members enrolling in our metabolic health programs. This remote‑first position supports members as they activate their care plans, ensuring they are placed in the appropriate program based on eligibility and clinical criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Guide members through the intake workflow, reviewing health data and eligibility requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to determine the best program fit for each member.
• Utilize decision trees and clinical protocols to triage and prioritize member needs.
• Monitor enrollment metrics, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans.
• Document intake activities accurately in the electronic health record system.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in intake, triage, or protocol‑driven care coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret health data and observe trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Motivated, energetic, and focused on improving healthcare quality and member outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical decision‑support tools and intake protocols.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work with data dashboards and generate actionable insights.
