Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner (CA License)

About the role

One Medical is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to join its Virtual Medical Team. You will provide high‑quality primary‑care services to patients across California through tele‑health platforms, working alongside in‑office clinicians to ensure seamless, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tele‑health visits, including video appointments, phone triage, and email follow‑ups.
• Collaborate daily with virtual and on‑site teammates via huddles and clinical rounds.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality‑improvement activities.
• Maintain availability for evening and weekend shifts, including alternating Saturdays or Sundays.

Required profile

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program with national certification.
• At least 2 years of recent experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
• Current California license with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible weekday and weekend hours (shifts 6 am‑12 am PST).

Required skills
