Victim Services Caseworker

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a dedicated Victim Services Caseworker to provide victim‑centered case management for individuals affected by crime in Arizona. You will guide clients through resources, legal rights, and recovery plans while supporting their safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive case management, including referrals to community partners and legal providers.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, emotional support, and assistance with compensation applications.
• Conduct eligibility screenings and complete enrollment paperwork for program participants.
• Assess victim needs, develop service plans, and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with law‑enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.
• Develop outreach and training activities to meet program goals.
• Track program activities, compile data, and prepare donor and agency reports.
• Participate in program meetings and staff development sessions.
