Vice President, Strategy & Operations

About the role

This senior leadership position reports directly to executive leadership and drives enterprise‑wide strategy and operational initiatives for a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed multi‑site healthcare services platform. The role blends high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across growth, technology, procurement, and physician engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives that span multiple regions.
• Lead and manage cross‑functional projects focused on growth, operational efficiency, and regional performance.
• Support implementation of AI, technology, and operational infrastructure initiatives.
• Identify cost‑saving and operational improvement opportunities, including procurement and vendor optimization.
• Assist in rollout and execution of new service agreements and operational programs.
• Travel onsite to practices and regional operations to identify gaps, improve workflows, and support execution.
• Collaborate with physician leaders, operators, and corporate stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and support regional P&L initiatives.

Required profile

• Healthcare operations experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth organizations.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, especially with physicians and operational leaders.
