Vice President, Services B2B Marketing – North America

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head its Services B2B field marketing across North America. The Vice President will translate global marketing strategy into region‑specific campaigns that drive demand, support sellers, and generate measurable pipeline for Mastercard’s services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the North America Services field‑marketing strategy and annual program plan focused on pipeline creation, acceleration, and deal influence.
• Design and run field‑led tactics such as account‑based programs, executive engagements, in‑person events, roadshows, partner co‑marketing, regional sponsorships, webinars, and targeted sales plays.
• Establish operating rhythms with Sales, including joint planning, campaign intake, account alignment, and closed‑loop measurement of leads, opportunities, influenced pipeline and bookings.
• Adapt global Services positioning, content and thought leadership into North America‑relevant messaging and assets.
• Collaborate with regional Services sales business lead, global product and product‑marketing teams, and senior leadership to align regional objectives with global priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading B2B field marketing or demand‑generation programs in a technology‑focused or financial‑services environment.
• Strong track record of building and scaling integrated campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue impact.
• Excellent partnership skills with sales, product, and leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of North American market dynamics and buying‑center priorities.
