Vice President, Partnerships – Security Solutions (GSIs)

About the role

The Vice President, Partnerships – Security Solutions (GSIs) is a global, quota‑carrying leadership role responsible for building and scaling Mastercard’s security solutions partnership motion, including cyber, fraud, and identity capabilities. The role develops a portfolio of strategic partner accounts, shaping joint value propositions, managing contracts, and driving launch and growth across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target partner profile aligned to Mastercard security solutions.
• Develop compelling partner value propositions and executive‑ready narratives tied to security outcomes.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective partners, converting them into productive relationships.
• Launch pilots or proof‑of‑concepts in initial markets and scale successful plays to additional regions.
• Drive partner onboarding and activation so partners can sell, market, and deliver Mastercard Security Solutions effectively.
• Meet and exceed assigned channel revenue targets; maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Run regular partner governance, including monthly pipeline reviews and annual joint business planning.
• Engage Mastercard direct sales, product, and marketing to support partner‑driven opportunities.
• Provide channel feedback to inform product roadmaps, go‑to‑market programs, and partner tooling.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with partnerships, channel or ecosystem management.
• Ability to think big, develop strategy, and execute with speed.
