About the role

This newly created senior leadership position will drive operational excellence across a diversified multifamily portfolio. You will serve as the bridge between executive leadership and field teams, establishing structure, accountability, and performance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Implement best‑in‑class property management systems and operational workflows.
• Drive leasing performance and reduce vacancy through data‑driven oversight.
• Build and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training programs for field teams.
• Establish performance metrics and hold teams accountable across portfolios.
• Lead budgeting, cost controls, and operational planning initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in property management operations, including 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing decentralized, multi‑site residential portfolios.
• Strong leadership ability to drive accountability and shape culture.
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving skills.
