The Vice President of Production leads Stanley Martin Homes’ production and warranty teams, ensuring smooth construction operations and consistent delivery of high‑quality homes. This senior leader collaborates across functions, drives performance, and upholds the company’s mission to put homebuyers first.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee division production and warranty teams, mentoring them to meet goals and quality standards.
• Plan and balance start‑up and settlement schedules, coordinating with land development, purchasing, and sales.
• Direct warranty resolution processes, permitting activities, and safety compliance.
• Utilize reporting tools to monitor performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Spend significant time in the field to align daily operations with divisional objectives.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of homebuilding production processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain high‑performing teams and trade partners.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
