Vice President of Operations (US)

About the role

The company, a private‑equity backed international manufacturer of bespoke luxury home‑improvement products, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its senior US leadership team. Reporting to the Board and the UK Managing Director, the VP will oversee the full operational platform across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end operational leadership for manufacturing coordination, logistics, warehousing and customer fulfilment.
• Oversee project delivery and installation execution, ensuring premium service standards for bespoke orders.
• Lead strategic planning for capacity, forecasting, supply‑chain, inventory and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and operational infrastructure to support growth and scalability.
• Maintain visibility across national operations with regular travel to sites, project locations and key business activities.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership in a manufacturing‑led or project‑based environment.
• Strong experience in logistics, fulfilment, installation or complex delivery operations.
• Commercial awareness and confidence operating at board level.
• Track record of scaling operational capability in a growth‑focused, investor‑backed business.
• Ability to make sound judgments in planning, execution and problem‑solving.
• Experience with premium high‑ticket consumer products, luxury home improvement or construction‑related services.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the United States.
