Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

The Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain will report directly to the CEO and lead the company’s manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, and EHS functions across five sites in the United States. The role focuses on delivering low‑cost, high‑quality products safely while driving operational excellence through lean manufacturing and modern supply‑chain practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operations strategy, including capacity planning, scheduling, and on‑time delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to achieve world‑class supply‑chain performance that supports sales growth and cost reduction.
• Lead and mentor Operations and Supply Chain teams on‑site, setting clear goals, delivering feedback, and fostering professional growth.
• Create and manage a capital spending plan to fund growth, process improvements, lean initiatives, and cost‑saving projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to drive product, facility, and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain a safe work environment, and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, and EHS management.
• Strong track record of implementing lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Ability to work hands‑on across multiple locations with daily on‑site presence.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance‑management skills.
