Vice President of Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations at Structure Hospitality leads a portfolio of hotels, driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and strong owner relationships. This senior role works closely with hotel owners, General Managers, department heads and corporate teams to enhance performance and support property transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑property hotel operations, ensuring consistent execution of company initiatives.
• Collaborate with owners, General Managers and department leaders to identify performance gaps and implement action plans.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning across the portfolio.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and cost control for each property.
• Support hotel onboarding, transitions and ongoing operational improvements.
• Travel regularly to properties across the Mountain West and Southwest United States.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a multi‑property hotel operator with a track record of improving results.
• Ability to evaluate hotel performance, spot issues early and drive accountability.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with owners and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on‑site at hotel locations.
