About the role

We are looking for a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead a large‑scale, multi‑client portfolio. This senior leader will shape operational strategy, drive performance, and partner with clients to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate goals and client commitments.
• Establish KPI‑driven frameworks to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
• Oversee end‑to‑end client operations, ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships and act as a strategic advisor on performance.
• Own P&L responsibility, leading forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Analyze operational and financial data to guide decision‑making.
• Evaluate and redesign processes, systems, and workflows for scalability and consistency.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives leveraging data and technology.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team of operational leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an enterprise‑level operations executive.
• Demonstrated success managing large teams and significant P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic vision combined with operational rigor.
• Track record of developing KPI‑driven operating models.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and clients.
