Vice President of Logistics

About the role

The Vice President of Logistics will lead CG Roxane’s logistics function, shaping strategy and execution across a nationwide network of bottling, distribution, and recycling facilities. Reporting to the executive team, this senior leader will drive supply‑chain efficiency, resilience, and continuous improvement for the nation’s leading bottled spring water brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance supply‑chain resilience.
• Lead long‑term planning for network optimization, transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with other executives to integrate logistics with overall business planning.
• Provide mentorship, performance management, and talent development for the logistics team.
• Oversee cost‑effective transportation, warehousing, and inventory operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.
• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers and key partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Base salary range $95,000 – $120,000 per year.
