Vice President, Marketing Intelligence & Strategy

About the role

Lead the new Marketing Intelligence & Strategy function for Global Health Marketing, turning audience intelligence, competitive signals and performance data into actionable strategies that guide product development, investment decisions and content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the data‑to‑strategy‑to‑content pipeline, ensuring market insights drive integrated marketing plans.
• Create annual Global Health Marketing plans in partnership with Product Marketing and Demand & Growth teams.
• Develop and manage a unified attribution model linking marketing spend to pipeline, retention and revenue.
• Synthesize audience intelligence across clinicians, students and institutions to shape positioning and investment recommendations.
• Set the content strategy framework for each stage of the buying journey.
• Build competitive intelligence, market mapping and automation roadmaps to accelerate content operations.
• Present strategic recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of using data and insight to drive strategy.
• Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution and measurement models.
• People leadership experience building high‑performing analytical and strategic teams.
• Prior experience in healthcare or health‑tech environments.
• Experience managing cross‑functional intelligence functions with product, sales, finance and external research partners.
