Vice President – Lead Client Partner

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Vice President – Lead Client Partner to act as the CEO of a strategic client portfolio. You will drive growth, shape the vision for key accounts, and partner with executive teams to deliver AI‑enabled transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a global or regional portfolio of >$30M, targeting $50M+ in revenue.
• Identify, close, and deliver consulting and large‑scale transformation opportunities, including managed services.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and growth plans for key accounts.
• Lead account planning, strategy, and P&L ownership in collaboration with Operations.
• Establish operational processes to optimize account management and client engagement.
• Build and nurture C‑suite relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Drive client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements.
• Represent Genpact in industry associations and forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing $30M‑$50M+ client portfolios in technology or consulting services.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Leadership capability to manage sales teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Track record of delivering growth and transformation outcomes.
