Vice President, Global Technology Account Management (Open Finance)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead its Global Technology Account Management function for Open Finance Solutions. The role serves as the trusted technical advisor to post‑go‑live clients, ensuring integration health, platform adoption, and strategic technical guidance worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global Technology Account Management operating model to deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience across all markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of regional TAM leaders, building deep technical and advisory capability.
• Drive measurable client outcomes in product adoption, integration health, and retention through a scalable coverage model.
• Act as senior technical partner and executive point of contact for strategic clients on complex initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inject client insights into platform strategy and roadmap.
• Establish enablement, knowledge, and automation foundations that allow the function to scale with business growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading technical, client‑facing post‑sales teams at scale.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven record of driving product adoption and integration health.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale operating models, including methodology, measurement, and team capability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to represent client perspectives internally.
