Vice President, Global Client Solutions Business Development

About the role

Ridgepost Capital is seeking a Vice President to lead new business development across its global client solutions platform. The role focuses on capital formation, product development, and relationship management with institutional investors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Raise capital from new institutional investors and drive fundraising initiatives.
• Establish and maintain dialogue with investors, coordinating meetings and diligence follow‑up.
• Create and manage investor outreach processes for all P10 strategies.
• Understand and service the investment needs of existing and prospective investors.
• Enhance Ridgepost’s brand positioning through marketing, content creation, and investor recognition.
• Support new product launches, including strategic planning, presentation material production, and handling due‑diligence.
• Develop deep expertise in Ridgepost’s product offerings and capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in sales, marketing, or capital raising.
• Experience in alternative investments such as private equity, private credit, or venture capital is preferred.
• Strong analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Highly motivated, sound judgment, and a track record of excellence in prior roles.
