Vice President, Field Services

About the role

Verra Mobility is seeking a visionary Vice President of Field Services to lead its North American field operations. This senior leader will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure high‑quality service delivery across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Field Services organization, including internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee Command Center operations for real‑time monitoring, incident response, and service continuity.
• Direct Fleet Management strategy, optimizing asset utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
• Manage multiple operational P&Ls, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Champion a customer‑focused culture and lead change‑management initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans across people, processes, and technology to support growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance field technician support.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce defects.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to drive decision‑making and operational improvements.
• Represent Field Services in executive forums and contribute to enterprise‑wide strategy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to scale and transform complex operations while delivering service excellence.
• Strong operational strategy, financial acumen, and performance‑management expertise.
• Deep understanding of field services, fleet management, and remote technical support.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing third‑party partnerships.
