Vice President, Expert Services

About the role

We are looking for a Vice President of Expert Services to lead the global consulting function for Market Logic’s AI‑powered platform. The role will shape strategy, drive commercial performance and ensure our services are embedded throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Expert Services revenue, gross margin, utilization and attach rates, building a predictable consulting business.
• Develop and execute a transformation‑oriented advisory capability that accelerates enterprise adoption and improves retention, expansion and new‑logo success.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales and Marketing leaders to integrate consulting services into deal execution, renewals and multi‑year growth plans.
• Lead a global team of consultants, fostering a performance‑driven culture and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Provide regular reporting on bookings, pipeline and financial metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in professional services or consulting within a SaaS or AI‑focused organization.
• Track record of growing revenue, margin and utilization in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
