Vice President, Enterprise Transformation

About the role

The Vice President, Enterprise Transformation will lead the strategic transformation agenda for a leading hospitality organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will shape and execute a roadmap that modernises operations, enhances performance and creates lasting value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead a portfolio of high‑impact initiatives covering operational excellence, digital enablement and organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with the executive leadership team to identify and prioritise opportunities that boost profitability and guest experience.
• Establish transformation governance, ensuring clear accountability, resourcing and measurable outcomes.
• Drive change programmes that embed new ways of working and build sustainable capability.
• Collaborate with operational and technology leaders to modernise platforms, processes and business capabilities.
• Develop transformation metrics, benefits‑realisation frameworks and executive reporting.
• Foster strong relationships across corporate and operational teams to ensure alignment and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives in hospitality or similarly customer‑centric, operationally complex environments.
• Executive‑level presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, deliver measurable outcomes and manage large‑scale programmes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
