Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications

About the role

Velocity Capital Advisors is seeking a Vice President to lead its capital formation and communications efforts. The role sits at the intersection of fundraising, marketing, and investor relations, supporting the firm’s growth in the fund finance market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities to reach investors and prospects through targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with the investment team to align capital formation initiatives with marketing strategy.
• Produce and execute investor‑facing materials, including pitch decks, presentations, and data‑room content.
• Maintain and grow external relationships that support firm objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all investor, sales, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee design deliverables and contribute to the creation of marketing and investor presentations.
• Manage the social‑media calendar, assets, approvals, and scheduling.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and communications expertise with a solid business judgment.
• Proven ability to work independently in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
