Veterinary Technician Trainer

About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an energetic Veterinary Technician Trainer to lead on‑site training for veterinary technicians and assistants across one or more of its hospitals. The role blends hands‑on patient care with the delivery of structured educational programs, ensuring staff maintain high competency levels.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for technicians and assistants using provided materials.
• Document participation, results, and provide feedback to leadership.
• Implement new global and company‑wide training initiatives.
• Maintain active veterinary technician duties while training staff.
• Track training status and generate written reports for management.
• Collaborate with the national Technician Trainer on program development and digital content.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Current RVT/LVT/CVT certification preferred, in line with state regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver effective training.
• Previous supervisory or educational background preferred.

Required skills

• Competency in veterinary technician practices.
• Strong instructional and presentation abilities.
